Fixed Model

------ Discontinued Item ------

Thermo Cube thermostat control automatically turns on your preheat system when the air temperature in your hanger is approximately 35o F or below, and turns it off automatically at about 45o or above. Rated 1800 watts, 15 amps (more than enough to handle both engine preheaters on a twin).

This item discontinued due to quality problems.

Both the adjustable and fixed models can be used with a timer so that your preheater is both time and temperature controlled.  For example, turn it on at a certain time but only if the air temperature is below 45o.

They can also be used with other electrical devices such as pipe heating tape, water tank de-icer, heat lamps, etc.  Use it as a "freeze warning device" by connecting it to a lamp that is visible to a neighbor.  The thermostat will turn on the lamp if the furnace fails and the temperature in the house or cabin falls below freezing.
